摘 要:应用生防菌哈茨木霉T2-16的固态制剂在建兰栽种制备培养基质、应用液态生物制剂在花期喷雾植株,研究木霉菌对兰花防病促生长的效果。结果表明:T2-16菌株固液态制剂可有效降低建兰白绢病、茎基腐和炭疽病的发病程度,其中木霉菌剂土壤处理对3种病害的防治效果优于对照化学药剂多菌灵,木霉制剂叶面喷雾处理对病害的防治效果与多菌灵相当;2种制剂还能促进建兰的生长,表现在土壤处理可促进建兰长叶、发枝,叶面喷雾处理可延长建兰花期。To study the effect of Trichoderma harichoderma T2-16 on Cymbidium ensifolium growth promoting and disease control abilities, authors applied the solid and liquid conidial preparation to spray plant treatment, respectively. Results showed that the two treatments could effectively reduce the damage level caused by Sclerotium, Fusarium and Collectotrichum. The control efficacy of the solid treatment was significantly higher than fungicides earbendazim, and the control efficacy of the foliar spraying treatment and carbendazim were no significant difference. Both treatments also promoted the growth of Cymbidium ensifolium. The solid treatment could increase the number of leaves and branches, and the foliar spraying treatment could extend the flowering.
