丰容对白臀叶猴(Pygathrix nemaeus)的采食量及行为影响

摘　　要：对南宁市动物园的3只白臀叶猴(Pygathrix nemaeus)进行笼舍环境丰容和食物丰容,采用瞬时取样和焦点取样法相结合的方式,探讨丰容前后动物的采食量和各种行为变化。研究表明,环境丰容对白臀叶猴行为的影响明显,其中积极行为的时间增加,刻板行为、异常行为显著降低,而独笼圈养的雄性白臀叶猴的一般行为变化不明显,其余2只白臀叶猴的一般行为均增加。食物丰容仅促进了白臀叶猴在采食时增加了探究行为和其他积极行为,对每天的采食量无影响。We conducted environmental enrichment and feeding enrichment on three douc langurs（Pygathrix nemaeus） at Nanning Zoo.We studied changes in langur behavior and food intake following various enclosure enrichments.We used focal sampling and instantaneous sampling methods.Langur behavior was clearly influenced by environmental enrichment：active behavior of three langurs increased and stereotypic and abnormal behavior decreased significantly.Common behavior of two langurs（one male and one female,caged together） increased,however,common behavior of the male douc langur（caged alone） did not change.Searching behavior of the langurs increased and they engaged more frequently in activities after feeding enrichment,but their food intake showed no marked changes.
