摘  要:以鄂尔多斯市的神东补连塔煤矿#2盾构斜井为工程依托,研究了煤矿斜井结构受力的分析方法和监测手段。基于特征曲线法、普氏理论以及其他方法对该工程的土压力进行预测分析,并将各计算结果进行了比较,同时还介绍了补连塔煤矿#2盾构斜井测试断面的布置和管片的预埋传感器情况,并选取埋深270 m的试验环实测数据作分析,发现在盾构机继续推进2环后土压力值明显增加,至距盾尾8环后趋于稳定。将实测结果与各方法预估的结果对比,发现采用特征曲线法和普氏理论更适合该工程的管片受力预测分析。Based on the project of inclined shaft "2 under shield tunneling in Bulianta Coal Mine of Shendong in Erdos, the means of force analysis and load monitoring for inclined shaft in coal mine, was studied. The earth pressure thereof was predicted by characteristic curve, PU's theory and other methods, and then the calculated results were compared. At the same time, the arrangement of test sections thereof and sensors embedded in the segments, was introduced; then the measured data of the test ring with 270m burying depth was analyzed. It was found that the value of earth pressure rose significantly when the shield machine kept advancing by two rings, and became stable when the machine was eight rings away from the tail. Through the comparison between the results measured and calculated by different methods, it is concluded that the characteristic curve method and PU~ theory are more corresponded to engineering practice.
