摘　　要：通过对软件开发项目工作量评估方法的研究,结合目前电信IT支撑系统软件开发项目的特点分析,给出在电信IT支撑系统中使用软件工作量评估方法的建议,并在实际工作中进行应用。Based on the research on the workload evaluation method of software development projects, combined with the analysis of the characteris-tics of business support system software development project, gives a suggestion for using workload evaluation method in telecom business support system, which is applied in practical work.
