强精胶囊治疗精索静脉曲张少弱精症

摘　　要：目的:观察强精胶囊对精索静脉曲张少弱精症患者精子密度与活力及精浆生化的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例精索静脉曲张少弱精症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予强精胶囊治疗,对照组给予五子衍宗胶囊和少腹逐瘀胶囊治疗,疗程均为3个月;检测治疗前后精子密度与活力、精浆中α-糖苷酶、锌、酸性磷酸酶的含量,并观察配偶妊娠情况。结果:两组精子密度与活力、精浆中α-糖苷酶、锌、酸性磷酸酶的含量均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),在改善精子密度与活力、精浆中α-糖苷酶和锌的含量方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率91.53%,对照组为75.86%(P<0.05)。结论:强精胶囊能够提高精索静脉曲张少弱精症患者的精子密度与活力,改善其精浆中α-糖苷酶、锌、酸性磷酸酶的含量,改善精子发生与成熟的微环境,从而提高其生育能力。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Qiangjing capsule for varicocele oligoasthenospermia pa-tients with sperm density and motility and seminal plasma biochemical, and to explore the possible mechanismof action.MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients with varicocele included oligoasthenospermia were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 60 cases. The treatment group was givenQiangjing capsule, and the control group was given Wuzi Yanzong capsule and Shaofu Zhuyu capsule both for 3months. The changes before and after treatment in sperm density and motility,and contents of α-glucosidase en-zyme, zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma were detected. The spouse pregnancy was recorded.ResultsAfter treatment the sperm density and motility and content of α-glucosidase enzyme, zinc and acidphosphatase in seminal plasma in the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.01）. The sperm density andmotility, content of α-glucosidase enzyme and zinc in the treatment group was better than that in the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.53%, and that for the control group was75.86%, The total effective rate difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionQiangjing capsule can improve sperm density and motility, and contents of α-glucosidase enzyme,zinc and acid phosphatase in seminal plasma in varicocele oligoasthenospermia. It also can improve the microen-vironment of spermatogenesis, maturation, and their fertility.
