结核性脓胸顺式阿曲库铵剂量反应曲线的测定

摘　　要：目的:采用单次剂量注射法测定结核性脓胸患者顺式阿曲库铵剂量反应曲线。方法:择期行结核性脓胸手术患者40例,随机分为4组,每组10例,对4个剂量组按体重注射20、30、40、50μg/kg的顺式阿曲库铵;记录每个患者最大抑制效应,对最大抑制效应进行概率转换,对应的肌松药剂量进行对数转换,用直线回归方法建立顺式阿曲库铵的剂量-反应曲线。结果:结核性脓胸患者顺式阿曲库铵ED50、ED75、ED90、ED95分别为27.8、34.1、41.2、45.9。结论:结核性脓胸患者对顺式阿曲库铵的敏感性增加。ObjectiveTo determine cisatracurium dose response curve in patients with tuberculous empy-ema by using single dose injection.MethodsForty patients with tuberculous empyema were randomly divid-ed into four groups, 10 in each group. The dose of cisatracurium were injected at dose of 20 μg/kg, 30 μg/kg,40 μg/kg, 50 μg/kg, respectively.The maximum inhibitory effect in each patient was recorded. The maximuminhibitory effect was converted to probability, and the corresponding muscle volume was converted to logarithm.The dose-response curve of cisatracurium was then established by linear analysis.ResultsThe ED50, ED75,ED90 and ED95 of cisatracurium were 27.8 μg/kg, 34.1 μg/kg, 41.2 μg/kg, 45.9 μg/kg in patients with tubercu-lous empyema.ConclusionThe sensitivity of cisatracurium increased conclusion tuberculous empyema pa-tients.
