摘  要:单管环状掺水工艺具有基建投资较少、工艺成熟、运行事故率低、便于生产管理等优点。目前新开发的产能区块地面系统布局复杂,如何在保证系统运行温降、压降平稳的前提下,选择合理的地面管网布局是单管环状掺水工艺优化的关键。温降、压降计算程序可以对不同集油环设计类型进行分析,为地面系统规划布局提供依据。2014年在三个产能区块地面布局中应用该计算程序,取得明显效果。同时,可为生产一线技术人员寻找集油环低温、高回压运行故障原因提供技术支持。The annular water blending technology has many advantages such as the low construction cost, low accident rate, mature construction technology and easy to management. At present, the ground system layout is complexity in the new production block, so, in the condition of keeping operation temperature drop and pressure drop steady, how to choose the appropriate ground pipe network layout is the key point of the annular water blending technology optimization. The temperature drop and pressure drop calculation procedure can analyze the operation value of different annular oil gathering lines and provide a basis for ground system planning layout. In 2014, the calculation procedure has been used in three production blocks and obtained obviously effects. Meanwhile, it provides help for the production engineers to find the reasons of the low temperature and high back- pressure in the annular oil gathering lines.
