摘 要:针对国内外油田电泵机组均面临H_2S和CO_2严重腐蚀,造成壳体和接头表面冲刷剥离、壳体穿孔、连接螺栓断裂等现象,选取印尼4口电泵井进行电泵机组防腐研究。通过分析潜油电泵机组在含H_2S和CO_2井液中的腐蚀机理,采取改变机组接头和连接螺栓材质、在机组表面喷涂蒙乃尔涂层等措施,增强了机组抗H_2S和CO_2腐蚀能力,有效遏制了腐蚀和氢脆、氢裂纹等问题,延长了机组在复杂恶劣井况下的使用寿命。As to domestic and international electric pump unit both encounter serious corrosion From H2S and CO2, which leads to shell and joint surface scour peel-off, shell perforation and connecting bolt Factures etc. , 4 electric pump wells in Indonesia are chosen in the electric pump unit anti-corrosion analysis. Through analyzing mechanism of-electric submersible pump unit in the H2S and CO2 well fluid, adopt changing materials of unit joint and connecting bolt and spraying Monel coating on the surface of-the unit to enhance the units' anti-corrosion ability of-H2S and CO2, and effectively resists the corrosion and Facture of hydrogen embrittlement and hydrogen cracking, further extends the life of units under the complex and pool well conditions.
