论民国时期函购的分类、特点及存在问题

摘　　要：民国时期的函购,以购买物品为标准,可分为图书、邮票、农产品、日用品和医疗器具、建材等多个方面,物品十分丰富。函购从发展迅速到几近停滞是民国时期所独有的社会现象,在函购中也存在很突出的问题,如诚信问题、函购周期较长、受时局影响函购中收不到物品的风险大等。作为传统购物形式之外的一种购物方式,函购在当时人们的生活中发挥了重要作用。对于民国时期的函购现象我们要辩证地看待,这对今天的网购具有现实资鉴意义和价值,亦有利于我们在更大的范围内、更广的层面上以更高的效率实现资源配置。During the period of the Republic of China, in accordance with the differences of the purchase items, mail or- der can be divided into a variety of goods, such as books, stamps, agricultural products, commodities, medical instru- ments and building Materials, etc. The characteristics of the mail order, including the diversity of the purchased items and convenience, the professionalism of the mail order management, from developing rapidly to a halt, mail order goods have price advantage, etc. Some of.these characteristics are unique to the Republic of China. But there are also some problems such as integrity, or the time that takes to get the goods, or even you may not get what you ordered depending on specific situation. But as a way of shopping outside the traditional shopping form, mail order played an important role in people＇ s life at that time. We should dialectically treat mail-order phenomenon in the period of the Republic of China. This has a strong practical significance and value for today＇ s online shopping. It also helps us to achieve resource alloca-tion at a higher efficiency in a larger and wider level.
