中医调欲疗法对老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医调欲疗法对老年性皮肤瘙痒症(Senile Pruritus,SP)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取四川省某中医院皮肤科SP患者60例,按照随机表分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例,两组均服用养血润肤饮加减,外用自制复硼止痒洗剂,试验组在常规护理的基础上采用中医调欲疗法对患者的搔抓行为进行干预,对照组仅采用常规护理。两组在干预前、干预后4、8、12周时采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评价患者的睡眠质量。结果干预前两组PSQI得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组在干预后各时间点PSQI得分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05);重复测量方差结果显示,两组的时间、组间及交互效应均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对试验组干预前后各时间点得分进一步两两比较,发现后一时间点得分均低于前一时间点(P<0.05)。结论中医调欲疗法能有效控制SP患者的搔抓行为,缓解瘙痒症状,从而改善患者睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine desire adjustment therapy on sleep quality in patients with senile pruritus. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to recruit 60 patients with senile pruritus in dermatological department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and all patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases） by using a table of random number. Both groups were treated with Yang Xue Run Fu Yin for oral use and Fu Peng anti-itch lotion for external use. On this basis,the experimental group received Traditional Chinese Medicine desire adjustment therapy,while the control group received conventional nursing. Sleep quality was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） before and 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after intervention. Results There was no statistical difference in PSQI scores between two groups（P〉0.05）. After the intervention,PSQI scores of the experimental group at each time point were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the pairwise comparisons of PSQI scores for each time point before and after the intervention,the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine desire adjustment therapy can effectively improve sleep quality of patients with senile skin pruritus.
