摘　　要：总结婴幼儿脑死亡后单侧供肾用于20例成人肾移植术的护理经验。术前做好受体评估,术后根据婴幼儿供肾的特点实施护理,做好液体、血压及用药管理,密切观察病情变化,做好相关并发症的护理,给予心理支持与健康教育,收效良好。This paper summarizes nursing experience of 20 adults underwent single kidney transplantation donated by brain death infants. The recipients were carefully assessed preoperatively and provided nursing care according to the characteristics of infant kidney postoperatively. In addition to proper management of fluid,blood pressure and medication,the patients were closely observed for clinical changes and complications. Furthermore,psychological support and health education were provided. The above measures were helpful to achieve satisfactory transplant outcomes.
