2例Ⅲ级阴道鳞状上皮内病变患者行局部病灶切除及皮肤移植术的护理

摘　　要：对2例Ⅲ级阴道鳞状上皮内病变行局部病灶切除及皮肤移植术的年轻患者进行围手术期护理。护理要点包括:术前个性化肠道准备、活性银离子液阴道冲洗、供皮区皮肤准备;术后阴道内移植皮片的妥善固定、观察和护理;合理进行饮食管理与康复护理;个性化出院指导及术后随访。2例手术均成功,术后复诊见阴道内移植皮片成活,供皮区愈合良好,患者性生活满意。Two young patients with high-grade vaginal squamous intraepithelial lesion were provided with perioperative nursing care during partial vaginectomy and skin graft. Key nursing points included：preoperative personalized bowel preparation,active silver ion liquid vaginal washing,skin preparation for the skin area; postoperative properly fixing of intravaginal skin grafts and close observation and care; rational activities ,diet management; individualized health education after discharge and postoperative follow-up. The surgeries for two patients were successful,intravaginal transplantation skin grafts were found survived during follow-up,the donor site healed well,and patients achieved sexual satisfaction.
