1例肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征患者行家庭肠内营养支持治疗的护理

摘　　要：总结1例肠系膜上动脉压迫综合征患者在病情平稳后行家庭肠内营养支持治疗的护理经验,患者出院前宣教、随访、效果评价均在专业的家庭营养支持小组指导下进行。经过6个月余家庭肠内营养支持治疗,最终患者全身营养状况改善,临床症状消失,影像学检查正常,恢复正常饮食。This paper summarized nursing experience of one patient with superior mesenteric artery syndrome treated by home enteral nutrition therapy. Health education before discharge,follow-up,evaluation of effects were conducted under the guidance of professional home enteral nutrition therapy team. After home enteral nutrition therapy for more than six months,the patient achieved improved whole-body nutritional status,the clinical symptoms disappeared,imaging examination results became normal,and the patient resumed normal diet.
