摘　　要：文章针对客运专线建设工程进度管理中存在的问题,结合参建各方对客运专线建设工程进度实际管理需要,提出了一种基于二维图形为导向的施组进度管理思路和方案,其以二维平面图为导向提供新的施组编制工具,形成了一个动态的,可实时跟踪、对比的管理软件。通过将该方案软件应用于西成客运专线(陕西段)进度管理中,为各级技术管理人员提供了一个可全面展示、逐级追溯的综合进度管理平台。In view of the existing problems in the progress management of passenger-dedicated line construction project,combined with the actual management needs of all construction parties on the actual progress of PDL construction project,this article proposed a construction organization progress management idea and plan based on two-dimensional graph orientation, provided new construction organization preparation tool with two-dimensional planar graph as the guide, and formed a dynamic management software with real-time tracking and comparison.lhrough the application of this program software in the progress management of Xicheng PDL（Shaanxi section）, it provided the technical management at all levels an integrated progress management platform with comprehensive display and step by step tracking.
