摘　　要：2230酸轧卷取机在生产过程中多次出现芯轴不能正常卸卷问题。从主给油器内部结构、芯轴膨胀压力两方面对该问题进行研究,通过优化主给油器结构排除了此故障。In the production process, the carousel tension reel can＇ t retracted many times. The problem was analyzed from two aspects ： rotary oil feeder structure and tension reel＇ s expansion pressure. The rotary oil feeder structure was redesigned and the fault was eliminated.
