摘　　要：目的:制备维生素E乳膏,建立维生素E含量测定方法。方法:乳化法制维生素E乳膏,采用高效液相色谱法测定维生素E含量。结果:维生素E在144.4~433.2μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.8%(n=5,RSD=0.41%)。结论:制备维生素E乳膏的工艺简单,含量测定方法精密度高,回收率高,专属性强,重复性好,可准确测定本品含量。Objective to prepare vitamin E cream and establish a method for the determination of vitamin E content.Methods：vitamin E cream was prepared by emulsion method,and the content of vitamin E was determined by HPLC.Results：vitamin 144.4 ~433.2μg/m L showed a good linear relationship in the range of r=0.9999,E,The average recovery rate was 100.8%（n=5,RSD=0.41%）.Conclusion：the preparation technology of vitamin E cream is simple,the content determination method has high precision,high recovery rate,strong specificity,good repeatability,and can accurately determine the content of the product.
