复方玄驹胶囊在多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊在PCOS患者促排卵治疗中的作用。方法:将进行促排卵治疗的PCOS患者随机分成对照组55例和实验组69例,两组均行促排卵治疗,实验组加用复方玄驹胶囊,比较两组促排卵效果及治疗结局。结果:两组平均年龄、平均体重指数、基础内分泌水平无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组的HMG用量、使用天数明显小于对照组(P<0.05),术日子宫内膜厚度两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。临床妊娠率和流产率无明显差异。结论:复方玄驹胶囊在治疗PCOS患者促排卵中有很好的推广价值。Objective： To investigate the effects of compound Xuanju capsule for ovulation induction in patients with PCOS. Methods： the treatment of induced ovulation in patients with PCOS were randomly divided into control group of 55 cases and 69 cases in the experimental group,two groups were treated with ovulation induction treatment,the experimental group with fufangxuanju capsule,compared two groups of ovulation induction and treatment outcome. Results： the average age of the two groups,the average body mass index,endocrine level had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,the dosage of HMG,duration of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,surgery on endometrial thickness in the two groups had no significant statistical difference（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate. Conclusion： compound Xuanju capsule in treatment of patients with PCOS in ovulation induction has a good promotion value.
