摘　　要：目的:对医院2015年药物不良反应报告进行合理性分析,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对我院2015年1~12月收集的178例药物不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:178例药物不良反应中,严重不良反应22例,占12.4%,新的不良反应61例,占34.3%。结论:进一步规范临床合理用药,完善药品安全性再评价,确保临床用药安全性和有效性。Objective：To hospital adverse drug reaction report 2015 rationality analysis,provide reference for clinical safe drug use.Methods：In our hospital in 2015 1 ~ 12 month＇s collection of 178 cases of adverse drug reactions report for statistical analysis. Results：Of 178 cases of adverse drug reactions,22 cases of serious adverse events,accounting for 12.4% of the reported number,new adverse reaction in 61 cases,accounting for 34.3% of the reported number. Conclusion：Further standardize clinical rational drug use,to improve drug safety and evaluation,to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical application.
