摘 要:传统心电信号多采用胸前导联的方式采集,采集方式的不便性使心电信号在安全认证等方面的应用受到限制.本文提出一种手握式无线心电采集系统,实现心电信数据的便捷采集.系统利用织物电极取代传统粘性电极,采用手握方式增大电极与皮肤的接触面积,降低接触阻抗、提高传导能力;利用蓝牙通信实现心电数据的无线传输.本文从采集信号质量、医学特征点分析等方面,对使用本系统采集的手部心电信号与胸前导联采集的心电信号进行了对比分析,实验结果表明,本文手握式采集的心电数据与标准Ⅰ导联心电数据相对应,信号质量的标准性和稳定性均能达到传统采集的标准,满足便捷心电采集的实用要求.Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal has becoming a biometric in security researching area, but it is limited in appli- cation by signal collecting method. Traditional ECG collecting is on chest lead, it is not convenient in real scene. The paper proposed a hand-hold wireless ECG signal acquisition system, by which ECG can be collected easily. In system design, AgCI electrode was substituted by fabric electrode. The palm based method enlarges the contact surface between electrode and hand, improves conducting ability, decreases contact resistance. A contrast analysis on signal quality and ECG clinical feature was done between chest lead and palm lead signal. From the experiment result, the palm base ECG signal is more similar to traditional lead I. The quality of this signal reaches the standard and stability of tradition signal, and the palm based signal satisfied portable requirement of ECG collecting.
