摘  要:接地网性能参数的准确测量是判断接地网安全的主要依据,因此接地测量仪器性能的准确性对接地网的安全运行至关重要。首先提出了接地测量仪器校验系统的设计参数要求,设计了接地阻抗测试校验系统、分流向量测试校验系统和跨步电压/接触电压示值准确性试验校验系统,并对ZC-8接地摇表、大型地网接地特性及分流向量测量装置进行了实际测量校验,结果准确,验证了接地测量仪器校验系统的有效性。该系统能够对目前市场上常见接地测量仪器的主要测试性能进行校准检测,保证接地网性能测量的准确性和安全性。The accurate measurement of grounding grid performance parameters is the main basis to judge the safety of grounding grid. Therefore, it is very important to improve the accuracy of grounding measurement instrument for the safety of the grounding grid. Firstly, the paper proposes the design parameters of calibration system for the grounding measurement instrument. Then the paper designs grounding impedance test system, shunt vector test system and step potential / contact potential value calibration test system. Finally, the paper makes actual measurement and verification of the ZC-8, the grounding characteris-fics of large grounding grid and the shunt vector measuring device. The results verify the validity of the system for the grounding measurement instrument, which can test the performance of the grounding measuring instruments on the market and determine the performance parameters of the instruments to make sure the accuracy and validity of the grounding grids performance measurement.
