摘　　要：针对E2轧机机架辊频繁损坏现象，改进了机架辊轴承座和干油泵，设计了机架辊独立润滑系统和机架辊挡水装置，使机架辊使用寿命提高了3倍。The E2 housing roll was frequently damaged. Aiming at this problem, make a technical modification on the bearing chock and grease pump, and design an independent lubrication system for housing roll and a water retaining device for housing. As the result, the service lifetime of the housing roll has been more than quadrupled.
