摘 要:为减少桥梁荷载试验耗时及中断交通时间等,以一座主桥上部结构为(128+3×210+128)m四塔五跨单索面预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥为例,结合多跨矮塔斜拉桥结构的受力特点及控制截面影响线的特点,通过考虑内力兼顾挠度的加载效应,截面影响线的图形相似性及互补性,并适当调整加载车载位,将加载车在顺桥向以控制截面为对称轴进行布置,对桥梁静力荷载试验工况进行了优化。优化后将全桥9个荷载试验工况仅通过3次加载即可全部实现,各控制截面的加载效率均能够满足规范要求,极大地提高了加载车的加载效率,缩短了试验过程的耗时。To reduce the time of bridge loading tests and traffic interruption,a four-pylon fivespan prestressed concrete extradosed bridge with span arrangement of(128+3×210+128)m and single cable plane was cited as an example.A series of influential factors were considered,such as the load bearing behaviors and the characteristics of the influential line of the controlled cross section,the loading effects in respect of the internal forces and deflection,the graphic similarity and complementarity of the influential line of the cross section.And the loading locations of the loading trucks which were arranged taking the controlled cross section along the bridge length as the symmetrical axle were appropriately adjusted for the same purpose.After the optimization,the nine load testing conditions of the overall bridge were realized only by three times of load application,and the loading efficiency of each controlled cross section could meet the requirements of the Testing Specifications,which dramatically improved the loading efficiency of the loading trucks,shortening the time used.
