摘　　要：数控蜗杆砂轮磨齿机是一种高精度高效率的齿轮精加工机床,若去掉其辅助加工时间,真正用于磨削加工的时间很短。为了充分发挥其高效的优势,需要尽量减少其辅助加工时间。西门子840Dsl系统的双通道功能正是适应了用户的这一需要,在该机床上运用这一功能将齿轮的磨削加工与上下料辅助动作放在两个通道中同时进行,而且互不干涉,大大提高了生产效率。CNC worm wheel gear grinding machine is a gear grinding machine with high precision and high efficiency, the actual time taken by the grinding is very short, except the auxiliary manufacturing time. In order to take advantage of its high efficiency, the auxiliary manufacturing time is reduced as for as possible. The function of the double channels of Siemens 840Dsl just meets the customers＇ demand. Since the grinding operation and auxiliary operation are allowed to operate in two channels simultaneously, its efficien- cy is improved greatly.
