摘 要:针对圆柱壳状零件的屈曲特性问题,以M739A1引信支筒为例,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行屈曲特性模态仿真,得到了前6阶模态下的屈曲临界载荷。1阶屈曲模态下临界载荷可以校核引信安全性,6阶模态下的临界载荷可以验证引信触发性能。研究表明,相对于支筒的圆角和中心孔直径,支筒壁厚对支筒的屈曲临界载荷影响作用更大。According to the buckling characteristics of the cylindrical shell-shaped part , this paper proposes a method that the part' s buckling mode is simulated by ANSYS Workbench to get the critical loads of first 6 buckling modes, as an example of the support of the M739Al. The critical load in 1st buckling mode can be used to check the safety of the fuze, and the 6th can be used to check its explosive performance. The result shows that thickness of the support has greater influence on critical buckling load than fillet and hole diameter.
