摘 要:介绍应力-强度干涉模型和灵敏度分析的基本概念,结合有限元分析软件和NESSUS概率分析软件,分析了配弹簧操动机构SF6断路器拐臂的机械可靠性。以SF6断路器拐臂作为分析对象,建立了其ANSYS有限元模型并进行拐臂静力分析,根据可靠性理论,采用NESSUS概率分析软件对拐臂进行可靠度和灵敏度分析。通过ANSYS与NESSUS的联合计算,得到了拐臂在给定随机变量下的可靠度,由灵敏度分析得到各变量均值和方差对概率结果的影响程度,验证了分析过程的可行性,同时灵敏度分析的结果也对拐臂的优化设计起到参考价值。The basic concept of stress-strength interference model and sensitivity analysis is introduced. The finite element analysis (FEA) software is used with the probability analysis software NESSUS to analyses the mechanical reliability of the crank arm for SF6 circuit-breaker. The FEA model of the crank arm is established to do its static analysis. Based on reliability theory, its reliability and sensitivity analyses are made by NESSUS. By the combination of ANSYS and NESSUS, its reliability is calculated at the given ran- dom variables. The influence of the mean value and variances on the random variables is analyzed by the sensitivity analysis. The feasibility of the analysis procedure of using ANSYS with NESSUS is verified, meanwhile, the results of the sensitivity analysis can be also used in the optimization of the crank arm.
