摘　　要：近年来,爆炸、恐怖袭击事件频发,使成批烧伤作为一种特殊形式的急性、灾害性的创伤,成为当今社会亟待解决的问题。2016年8月,《成批严重烧伤伤员的转运方案(2016版)》首次发表于《中华烧伤杂志》。同年11月,本刊转发了该指南,并由相关专家对该指南撰写了解读。笔者现就该指南中的要点进行解读,旨在为相关临床诊治工作提供帮助和参考。In recent years,the sudden explosion of frequent terrorist attacks,the mass burn disaster as a special form of acute trauma has become an urgent problem in today＇ s society.In August 2016,the ＂transport scheme in severe burn patients（2016 Edition） ＂was firstly published on Chinese Journal of Burns.In November 2016,the guide was transmitted,the understanding was written by the relative experts,focusing on the clinical diagnosis and treatment make a relative help and reference.
