摘  要:目前传统的罐道测量以人工测量为主,测量不便,效率低下,且测量数据不精确,不能对罐道的变形程度进行了深入的分析。因此设计了一种基于单片微处理器的便携式罐道间距专用测量仪。该测量仪采用小量程高精度激光传感器,从上井口到下井口每间隔几米保存一组数据,最终以图形的方式直观地绘出罐道的变形程度。与传统的人工测量方法相比,该立井罐道间距测量仪测量精度高、数据量大、自动化程度高。At present, the traditional measurement of cageway is mainly based on manual measurement, it is inconvenient to measure, low efficiency, and the measurement data is not accurate and not able to carry on the thorough analysis to the distortion degree of the cageway. In this paper, a single chip microprocessor based measurement instrument for measuring the distance of a single channel spacing was designed. Used a small range of high precision laser sensor, from top to bottom of each interval a few meters to save a set of data, and finally by the computer graphics in a graphical way to draw the degree of deformation of the eageway. Compared with the traditional manual method, the new design of the shaft eageway spacing measuring instrument has achieved high precision, large amount of data and high automation degree.
