摘 要:针对传统工作面的回撤支护方式会直接影响整个工作面的效率问题,设计了一种新型回撤端头掩护式液压支架。介绍了该支架使用特点和主要技术参数,探讨了电液控制系统特点、组成、功能和控制原理。经实践证明,该回撤掩护支架在神东矿区的使用取得了良好效果,能够完成支架的迈步自移,电液控制系统操作简单、安全可靠,提高了回撤人员和设备的安全性,降低了工人的劳动强度。In view of the traditional withdrawing support for the working face was directly affecting the efficiency of the whole working face, and the design of a new type of cover type hydraulic support was put forward. The features and main technical parameters of the support were introduced. The characteristics, composition, function and control principle of the electro-hydraulic control system were discussed. The practice proved that the retraeement shield support used in Shendong mining face achieved good effect, can accomplish stepping self moving of support. Electro-hydraulic control system has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, improves the safety during the withdrawal of personnel and equipment, reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
