摘　　要：T2235型深孔镗床最大缸筒加工能力为Φ350 mm,无法满足ZF15000型大采高液压支架立柱的使用要求。为此提出了一种工装改进方法,并在试制任务中得到实践,降低了成本,提高了设备利用率,取得了明显的经济效益。The maximum processing ability of deep boring machine T2235 was cylinder Ф350 mm, which can not meet the requirement of high mining height hydraulic support ZF15000. Therefore, the reforming project of its tooling was proposed and practiced in trial production. The project reduced cost and raised utilization factor of the machine, and obtained significant economic benefit.
