摘　　要：高油丰产白菜型冬油菜新品种天油12号是天水市农业科学研究所以自育不育系05-329A为母本,以恢复系05-334为父本配制的白菜型冬油菜三系杂交种。在2010—2012年甘肃省冬油菜山旱地区域试验中,2 a 11点(次)平均折合产量2 391.00 kg/hm^2,比对照品种天油4号(平均产量2 168.25 kg/hm^2)增产10.27%。该品种田间表现生长优势强,抗寒耐旱,高产稳产;籽粒芥酸含量为46.3%,硫苷含量为179.63μmol/g,含油率为45.34%。适宜于甘肃省中东部干旱、半干旱、二阴山区及同类型生态区域大面积推广种植,也可在山西、河北、辽宁、内蒙古等地类似生态区域示范种植。Tianyou 12 is a newly bred Winter rapeseed（Brassica rapa L.） three line hybrids cultivar with high-oil and high-yield by parental combination of sterile sterile line 05-329 A with restore line 05-334 by Tianshui Agricultural Science Research Institute. In 2010 — 2012,the average yield is 2 391 kg/hm^2,which is 10.27% higher that of the check Tianyou 4 in the regional test of Dryland in Gansu province. The result shows that the cultivar has a strong growth superiority,cold resistance and drought tolerance,high yield and stable yield. The grain of erucic acid content is 46.3%,the glucosinolate content is 179.63mol/g,the oil rate is 45.34%. It is suitable to be grown in arid,semi-arid,semi-arid mountain region and in the middle and eastern part of Gansu province with similar ecological region. It can also be planted in similar ecological regions such as Shanxi,Hebei,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia.
