摘　　要：在系统分析我国药品价格变化趋势及政府规制发展历程基础上,从药品特征、市场主体、市场供求角度解析了影响我国药品价格波动的关键因素,进而从形成要素、运作模式和定价模式视角研究了我国药品价格的形成机制,同时阐述了当前药品价格形成机制中存在的主要问题,最后提出了完善定价机制和集中招标采购制度、加强新药审批并落实药品区别监管制度、规范医药产业链各主体行为、加强政府药品市场监管力度和完善药品价格法制体系等政策建议。Based on the systematical analysis of the change trend of drug price of China and the development process of governmental regulation, this article analyzes the key impact factors on the drug price fluctuation of China from the perspective of drug characteristics, market entity and market demand and supply, studies the formation mechanism of China＇ s drug price from formation element, operation mode and pricing mode, presents the main problem in current drug price formation mechanism, and finally puts forward policy suggestion to perfect pricing mechanism and concentrate bid and purchase system, strengthen new drug approval and consolidate drug distinguishing supervision system, normalize the behavior of entities of drug industrial chain, enhance governmental regulation power on drug market and improve drug price legislative system.
