摘  要:以三聚氰胺和磷酸为原料,以去离子水为溶剂,在杂多酸A催化下,制得改性三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP);将MP在箱式气氛炉中进行多温度段热缩合反应合成了三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP),其结构经^(31)P NMR,IR和元素分析表征。通过TG对MPP的热稳定性和成炭性能进行了分析。结果表明:MPP失重1%时温度为372.1℃,失重5%时温度为382.7℃,700℃时残炭率为37.36%。Melaminephosphate(MP) was prepared by reaction of melamine with phosphoric acid using transition metal heteropolyacid as catalyst and deionized water as solvent.Melamine polyphosphate(MPP) was synthesized by condensation of MP under multi-temperature calcination stage in the box of the atmosphere in the furnace.The structure was characterized by ^31P NMR,IR and elemental analysis,and the thermal property and carbon residue property were investigated by TG.The results showed that the temperature with 1 wt% and 5 wt% loss were 372.1 ℃ and 382.7 ℃,respectively,the carbon residue rate at 700 ℃ was 37.36% .
