摘  要:目的优化桂花中桂花寡糖的提取方法。方法以浸膏得率及寡糖提取率为考察指标,以硫酸-蒽酮法测定桂花寡糖的含量;分别采用单因素法和均匀设计法优化桂花寡糖的提取工艺。结果桂花寡糖的最佳提取工艺为:以95%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1∶8,加热回流提取(0.5 h×3);在此工艺下,干浸膏的得率为21.29%,桂花寡糖的提取率为90.29%。结论所用方法操作简便、精密度高,桂花寡糖的收率稳定。OBJECTIVE To investigate the extraction technology of Osmanthus oligosaccharides from the dried flowers of Osmanthus fragrans. METHODS The extract rate and oligosaccharide rate were used as the indexes and the sulfate - anthrone method was used to determine the contents of oligosaecharides. The extraction technology was optimized by Single - factor experiment and Uniform design. RESULTS The best extract conditions were as follows:95% ethanol as solvent, liquid - solid ratio of 1 : 8 and 3 extraction time(0.5 h×3). Under this conditions, the dried extract rate was 21.29% and the extract rate of oligosaecharides was 90.29%. CONCLUSION The method of extracting oligosaccharides is simple and of high precision, and it provides a stable ratio of Osmanthus oligosaccharides.
