摘  要:目的采用HPLC法测定壮药了刁竹不同药用部位中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温为室温,检测波长274 nm。结果除6号样品外,其余9批样品的根及根茎中丹皮酚的含量均高于地上部分;10批样品不同部位中丹皮酚的平均含量依次为:根及根茎(0.81%)>全草(0.59%)>地上部分(0.49%),全草中丹皮酚的含量仍较高。结论广西壮医使用了刁竹全草入药具有一定的科学性,了刁竹的地上部分资源值得开发利用。OBJECTIVE To determine paeonol in the different medicinal parts of Zhuang medicine Cynanchum paniculatum by HPLC. METHODS The method was performed on a Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 column( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol -water(55:45 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 with the column temperature of room temperature, and the detection wavelength of 274 nm. RESULTS Except sample 6, the content of paeonol in the root and rhizome of the remaining 9 batches of samples were higher than the aerial parts. The average contents of paeonol in different parts of 10 batches of samples was as follow:the root and rhizome(0.81% ) 〉 the whole herbs(0.59% ) 〉 the aerial parts(0.49%). The content of paeonol in the whole herbs is still high. CONCLUSION Zhuang medicine doctors of Guangxi use the whole herbs of C. paniculatum as medicine is scientific. The aerial parts of C. paniculatum resource is worth to develop and utilize.
