摘 要:针对煤矿用钻杆连接螺纹体在正紧密距状态下,使用过程中螺纹体发生塑性变形而粘扣,导致频繁出现难于拆卸的问题,从理论上分析了钻杆连接螺纹体在不同紧密距下的受力情况和转矩情况,指出螺纹体紧密距是煤矿用钻杆圆锥螺纹无法拆卸的最大影响因素。In view of difficult disassembly of the screw thread of the colliery-used drill pipe due to plastic deformation in positive stand-off state, the paper theoretically analyzed the stress and the torque state of the screw thread of the drill pipe at various stand-off. It also indicated the stand-off of the screw thread was the dominating factor resulting in failed disassembly of the conical screw thread of the colliery-used drill pipe.
