摘　　要：针对短壁采煤机调高系统及其工况特点,研制出一种新型平衡阀组,详细介绍了平衡阀组的工作原理及其结构特点。该平衡阀组解决了双向摆动的摇臂下降时抖动和上升时附加阻力的问题,显著提高了短壁采煤机调高系统的稳定性。According to the features of the height-adjusting system of the short-wall shearer and its operation modes, a new-type counterbalance value set was developed, its working principle and structural features were introduced also. The counterbalance valve set avoided the dithering of the dual-directional swing rocking rod while falling and the additional resistance while rising, thus the stability of the height-adjusting system of the short-wall shearer obviously enhanced.
