摘 要:针对当前半连续开采工艺技术条件及设备结构对转载环节的限制,根据对现场工作面转载对位作业关键技术分析,提出了一种基于半连续组合台阶的皮带桥转载机构,给出了其关键设计参数详细的计算方法与过程。与传统转载机构相比,皮带桥转载结构具有造价低、对位时间短、系统作业效率高及作业平稳等一系列优点,为国内转载装备的优化设计提供了参考与借鉴。In view of the limitation of technical conditions and equipment structure during semi-continuous mining process on transfer link, after analyzing the key technology about alignment of transfer positions on site, the paper proposed a kind of belt bridge transfer mechanism based on semi-continuous bench group, and offered the calculation method and process of the key design parameters. Compared with traditional transfer mechanism, the belt bridge transfer mechanism was characterized by low cost, short alignment duration, high operation efficiency and stable operation. It offered reference for the optimization design of domestic transfer equipments.
