摘 要:随着磨机规格的日益大型化,传统的齿轮传动方案已无法满足驱动要求,而且因其高昂的采购和维护成本,给企业带来较大的资金和设备维护压力。针对20 MW以上大型磨机传动系统,提出了两种齿轮传动方案,从传动原理、技术特点、加工难点及经济性等方面进行了论述,并与环形电动机直联驱动方式进行对比,探讨了这两种传动方案的可行性,为大型磨机驱动提供了新的解决方案。With the increasing large scale of the mill, traditional gear transmission scheme has not satisfied the drive requirement. In addition, high purchase and maintenance cost brings about challenge for enterprise in capital and equipment maintenance. In the paper, two gear transmission schemes were proposed for over 20 MW large mill, and their transmission principle, technical features, machining difficulties and economical efficiency were discussed. After that, the gear transmission was contrasted with ring motor direction-connection drive mode, and the feasibility of the two transmission schemes was discussed, which offered new solution for the drive of large mill.
