摘  要:新型V形复摆颚式破碎机的产量计算与传统机型有所不同。利用ADAMS运动学与动力学仿真设计软件,对PEV750×1060型复摆颚式破碎机进行仿真分析,根据不同偏心距对行程的影响绘制动颚行程变化曲线,分析其理论产量,并与实际生产数据进行对比验证,得到了一组满足要求的设计参数,为V形复摆颚式破碎机的设计提供了实际指导。The throughput calculation of new V-typed compound-pendulum jaw crusher was different from that of traditional one. ADAMS was applied to conduct simulation and analysis on PEV750×1060 compoundpendulum jaw crusher, and plotted the variation curve of the stroke of the moving jaw at various eccentricity. In addition, theoretical throughput was analyzed and contrasted with actual production data for verification, thus a set of design parameters meeting requirements was obtained. The study offered practical guidance for the design of the V-typed compound-pendulum jaw crusher.
