摘 要:针对FSEC赛事规则及赛车整体性能需要,提出了一套电动赛车制动系统设计方案,通过理论计算得出制动系统参数,以此为根据选配制动系统零部件进行制动系统装配,并对制动系统关键自制部件进行了优化设计及校核验证,最终对制动系统进行调校和实车测试,结果表明,所设计的制动系统能满足大赛规则及赛车性能需求。本研究对电动赛车制动系统设计有一定指导意义。In accordance with the need of FSEC competition rules and the overall performance,a design scheme of the braking system on FSEC racing car was proposed in this paper. The braking system was as- sembled with appropriate components which were selected according to theoretical calculation results, and the design of the key customized components of the braking system were optimized and validated. Finally, the braking system was adjusted and tested after it was installed on the racing car. The results showed that the design of the braking system could satisfy the need of rules and car performance. It is of certain guiding significance for the design of the braking system of electric car power system.
