新型城镇化背景下老工业基地城镇化的综合测度与时空演化——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：城镇化的综合测度以及空间格局演化的研究,对于揭示城镇化发展的内在机理以及协调城市或区域之间发展的竞争与竞合关系有着非比寻常的意义。文中基于"人口-经济-社会-空间"四维一体的研究视角,综合构建了城镇化测度指标体系,运用GIS方法,对2000-2013年吉林省城镇化发展的时空演变特征进行分析。结果表明:吉林省城镇化发展的驱动力主要为土地城镇化以及经济城镇化,但前者片面强调了城市建设用地的规模扩张,忽视了土地利用效率的提高,而后者仍是由工业化的大力带动,经济城镇化发展的内生动力不足;吉林省推进的仍是一条粗放式和外延式的城镇化发展道路;与国内发达省份相比,吉林省城镇化发展动力不足,城镇化发展质量较低以及效益不高,与发达省份的差距愈加明显,提升城镇化发展质量之路任重而道远。On the basis of the scientific meanings of urbanization, from the 4 dimensions of ＂population - economy - society - space＂, this research comprehensively constructed a new measurement index system of urbanization in Jilin province. Based on spatial - temporal analysis, we analyzed the evolution characteristics of urbanization in Jilin province during 2000 -2013. The results showed that： 1 ） The dominant driving force of urbanization in Jilin province urbanization was land urbanization and economic urbanization, but the former only emphasized on the scale of urban construction land expansion, ignored the efficiency of land use, while the main driving force of the latter was still the industrialization, causing an insufficient endogenous driving force of economic urbanization. 2） The ideal development of urbanization should be the economic urbanization 〉 population urbanization 〉 society urbanization 〉 space urbanization. However, the characteristics of urbanization in Jilin province was as a whole that economic urbanization 〉 society urbanization 〉 space urbanization 〉 population urbanization, showing that the development path of urbanization in Jilin province was vulgar and denotative. 3 ） Compared with the other developed provinces in our country, the level of urbanization in Jilin province was still low, and the population urbanization was sluggish, combination with the insufficient development dynamics of social urbanization and inferior quality of space urbanization, all of those show that the gap with the developed provinces are becoming ever more obvious and improving the quality of urbanization in Jilin province is a long way to go.
