摘  要:在IPCC和中国《省级温室气体编制指南》的基础上,计算了新疆、甘肃、宁夏、陕西和青海五省温室气体排放清单。结果表明:2000-2012西北五省温室气体排放总量呈现快速增长趋势,且CO2的排放量最多,其次是CH4和N2O,能源消费产生的温室气体排放是温室气体排放总量中最主要的,而煤炭的消费又是能源消费中最核心的;万元GDP温室气体排放量均呈现下降趋势,说明能源利用效率在不断提高;人均温室气体、单位面积温室气体均快速增长,2012年人均温室气体排放量最多的是宁夏,其次是青海,新疆、陕西和甘肃;单位面积温室气体也是宁夏最高,其次为陕西、甘肃、新疆和青海,均高于应对全球气候目标的人均、单位面积温室气体排放量。因此,西北五省将面临严峻的节能减排任务。We used the Chinese Guidelines for Provincial Greenhouse Gases Inventories to calculate greenhouse gases emissions inventory from 2000 to 2012 in Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi and Qinghai. The resuhs showed that greenhouse gases emissions increased from 2000 to 2012 in five northwestern provinces, and the most one was CO2, followed by CH4 and N2O. The greenhouse gases emissions from energy consumption were the most important ones in the total amount of greenhouse gases emissions, and greenhouse gases emissions from coal con- sumption were the most. Greenhouse gases emissions per ten thousand GDP decreased, it means that efficiency of energy use was improved. Greenhouse gases emissions per capita and per unit area increased rapidly; the greenhouse gases emissions per capita of Ningxia were the most, followed by Qinghai the greenhouse gases emissions per unit area of Ningxia were the most too, follow , Xinjiang, Shaanxi and Gansu ; ed by Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang and Qinghai, their greenhouses gases emissions per capita and per unit area were higher than the target of global climate goal. So the five northwestern provinces face the grim task of energy conservation and emissions reduction in the future.
