摘 要:为了探寻丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi,AMF)对羊草抗旱性的作用效果,采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫条件下摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)、地表多抱囊霉(Dive.versiforme)及两者混合接种对羊草抗旱性的影响。结果表明:三种方式AMF的侵染率分别为17%、56%、50%;相较于未接种的植株,三个处理干旱胁迫下生物量分别增加了0.85、1.77、7.63倍;生长速度分别增加了9.5、13.9、9.9倍;脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量干旱胁迫下显著高于未接种处理,丙二醛含量显著低于未接种处理。综合评估处理间抗旱性的强弱排序为:地表多抱囊霉接种>混合接种>摩西球囊霉接种。To explore the role of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the drought resistance of Leymus chinensis, pot experiments with AMF treatments were conducted under the condition of drought stress : inoculating with Glomus mosseae or Dive. Versiforme, or both. The results showed that the infection rates of the above treatments were 17%, 56% and 50%, respectively. Compared with the control, the weight of three treatments under drought stress increased by 0. 85, 1.77 and 7.63 times and the growth rate increased by 9.5, 13.9 and 9.9 times. Furthermore, the content of proline and soluble sugar increased significantly, but the malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased significantly. The comprehensive order (high to low) of the drought resistance was: Dive. versiforme, the mixture, Glomus mosseae.
