摘 要:本研究选用陕西境内5个采样点采集的30个菜粉蝶个体,用AFLP技术分析了5个种群的遗传多样性。凝胶图经染色和分析发现总位点数为540个,其中504个为多态性位点,36个共有位点,具多态性的条带百分率为93.33%。结果表明:AFLP技术适合应用于菜粉蝶遗传多样性分析;荧光标记法在AFLP分析中具有较高的检测效率;南北坡5个地点种群的遗传多样性分化显示出山脉对菜粉蝶的隔绝作用。In this paper, we selected 30 Pieris rapae individuals from 5 searching sites in Shaanxi which belonged to 5 populations to analyze their genetic diversities by using the AFLP technique. Through staining and analyzing the gel map, we got 540 sites altogether, among which there were 504 polymorphic sites and 36 common sites and the polymorphic percentage was 93.33%. The results showed that AFLP technique was suitable for the genetic diversity analysis of Pieris rapae; Fluorescence labeling method had high detection efficiency in AFLP analysis; Genetic diversities of populations from 5 sites in north and south slopes showed that the mountains had isolation effect towards Pieris rapae.
