摘  要:为观察黄蜀葵提取物(HSK)促进SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合作用,利用超级控温烫伤仪制备大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,以美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)为阳性药,观察烫伤皮肤创面外涂HSK后开始结痂和脱痂时间、愈合时间、创面愈合率和瘢痕形成情况,并取烫伤部位全层皮肤做HE染色切片观察组织损伤和修复状况.结果显示:与模型组相比,HSK给药组大鼠烫伤创面开始结痂、脱痂及完全愈合的时间均明显缩短,各时间点创面愈合率显著提高,烫伤创面愈后瘢痕面积显著减小,烫伤皮肤病理形态显著改善.结果表明:HSK能显著促进烫伤创面的愈合,是一种良好的外用烫伤治疗药物.To observe the effect of HSK extracted from the flower of Abelmoschus manihot (L.) medic on wound healing of deep second-degree scald in rats. Deep second-degree scald model was set up with a scald apparatus in SD rats. Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) was used as the positive control. After modeling, HSK (10 mg/cm2) or MEBO (20 mg/cm2) were applied to the wound surface everyday until the wound healing completely. The time of incrustation and decrustation, wound healing time, the wound healing rate and the scar formation were recorded. The animals were sacrificed and the skin samples were taken for the histological examination. The results showed that, compared with the control group, HSK groups not only significantly decreased the time of incrustation and deerustation, shortened the wound healing time, increased the wound healing rate at the same time, but also reduced the scar area after burn wound healing. Moreover the HSK also can improve the dermatic pathological changes of scald skin. In conclusion: HSK can promote wound healing and can be a satisfying therapy for scald injuries.
