摘  要:为获得光动力灭菌最佳效果,改变光强和光照时间两个光剂量参数,通过对比实验获得最佳灭菌效果时的光剂量.以质量浓度为0.1mg/mL甲苯胺蓝为光敏剂,灭菌光源为中心波长为660nm、功率为200mW的激光二极管,大肠杆菌为试验菌种,通过细菌平板菌落计数法对比获得灭菌效果.实验发现对大肠杆菌具有灭菌效果,且灭菌效果受光强和光照时间两个光剂量参数的影响,随光强的增强和光照时间的延长,灭菌效果呈现先提高后略有下降,得到光动力灭菌效果存在最佳照射时间和光强的结论.In order to obtain the optimal efficiency of photodynamic disinfection, a series of comparative experiments were carried out by changing two parameters including light intensity and illumination time. In the experiments, toluidine blue with concentration of 0.1 mg/mL acts as the photosensitizer, the optical source for sterilization is Laser diode with 650 nm central wavelength and 200 mW power and Escherichia coli is used as test strains. A plate counting method is adopted to evaluate the Disinfection efficiency. Experiments show that photodynamic disinfection efficiency is effected by two optical parameter, i.e. light intensity and illumination time. With the strengthening of optical light intensity and prolonging of illumination time, the disinfection efficiency is firstly increasing and then slightly decreasing. It is concluded that the optimal disinfection efficiency could be obtained by adopting appropriate light intensity and time.
