摘　　要：民办高职院校图书馆在发展过程中遇到许多问题和困难,文章探讨了评价机制、平衡机制、政策保障机制和合作协调机制四种运行机制的创新,为民办高职院校图书馆的可持续发展寻求方法。Private higher vocational college library encountered many problems and difficulties in the development process. By discussing four operating mechanism innovation of the evaluation mechanism, balance mechanism, policy safeguard mechanism and cooperation mechanism innovation, this paper seeks methods of the sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges library.
