超声引导下的神经阻滞在小儿麻醉中的进展

摘　　要：可视化技术在临床麻醉的应用中越来越广泛。利用超声的“可视”技术辅助小儿麻醉中的神经阻滞不仅可以取得与传统的“盲探”操作类似的效果，而且并发症的发生率远较前者低，因而目前在小儿麻醉中的使用也越来越多，笔者就目前超声引导下的神经阻滞在小儿麻醉中的应用进展作一综述。Visualization technology is more and more widely used in clinical anesthesia. Nerve block in pediatric anesthesia assisted by ＂visual＂ technique of ultrasound not only achieved the similar curative effect as traditional ＂blind＂ operation but also had lower incidence of complications, so this technology is more and more useful in pediatric anesthesia. This article reviewed the progress of the application of ultrasound guided nerve block in pediatric anesthesia.
