摘 要:本文研究了培养基、温度、振荡速度等因素对稻曲病菌Ustilaginoidea virens薄壁分生孢子产孢量的影响。结果表明,稻曲病菌薄壁分生孢子在培养第7天基本达到最大孢子量;该菌最适宜产孢的培养基为马铃薯煮汁,在煮汁中添加蔗糖可大幅提高产孢量;适宜的产孢温度为26~28℃;静止培养不利于产孢,振荡培养有利于产孢,并表现为转速越高产孢量越多;光照条件对产孢量没有影响。The effect of medium, temperature, and shaking speed, etc. on the yield of thin-walled conidia of fun- gus Ustilaginoidea virens was studied in this paper. The results showed that the maximum amount of conidia was got 7 days post start of growth. Potato broth was the best medium for sporulation of the fungus, and spore yield could be increased greatly when sucrose was added to the broths. Suitable temperature for sporulation was 26- 28℃. Static culture was unfavorable way for sporulation. Shaking culture was favorable way for sporulation, and spore yield increased with increase of rotate speed. Different light conditions showed no effect on the spore yield.
