摘  要:对机械弹性车轮硫化前预热温度进行研究。通过建立车轮硫化模型,使用Ansys软件对机械弹性车轮硫化过程进行热力学仿真,分析对比了不同预热温度对车轮硫化温升过程和硫化程度的影响。结果表明:预热温度对车轮不同部位硫化温升过程的影响存在差异,距离外部热源越远的部位受预热温度的影响越大,车轮过硫率随着预热温度的升高呈上升趋势,车轮的硫化一致性则呈明显的下降趋势。The curing preheating temperature of the mechanical elastic wheel was studied. Based on wheel vulcanization model,the thermal dynamic simulation of mechanical elastic wheel was made by using Ansys software,and the effect of different preheating temperature on the heat process and vulcanization degree of the wheel was compared. The results showed that,the effect of preheating temperature on vulcanization temperature rise process on different parts of wheel was different, and the effect of preheating temperature was greater when it was farther away from the outer heat source. As the preheating temperature increased,the degree of over vulcanization increased,and the vulcanization consistency decreased.
